In a case pending before the Italian Constitutional Court regarding Covid 19 vaccines mandates, Droit Uniforme ASBL lodged on the 14 of May 2022 an Opinion Amicus Curiae to support that European Human Right Court decision 116/21 should have fully applied to the case; the Opinion was admitted by the Court Presidency on the 20 of October 2020, and it will be discussed on the 30 of November 2022. Another Amicus Curiae Opinion Admitted in Court
A new opinion amicus curiae lodged by Droit Uniforme accepted by the Italian Corte Costituzionale; this is the second advice provided to the Court as regard the need for a national legislation to comply with Treaties and their jurisprudence ; accordingly, vaccine mandates imposed by law should be subject to strict requirements that judges are charged to verify.
The judgment outcome will be published once delivered.
